1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GratLog (gratlog.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Service

GratLog is a web-based gratitude logging and tracking application designed to help users document, reflect on, and monitor moments of appreciation and gratitude in their daily lives. The service provides tools for users to create personal gratitude entries, establish tracking patterns, and maintain a digital record of grateful moments.

GratLog offers the following core features:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of GratLog, you are required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your email address and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You agree to update your account information if it changes. You are solely responsible for protecting your password and for all activities that occur under your account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or unauthorized use of your password, you agree to notify GratLog immediately. GratLog will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

You agree that you will not share your account credentials with any other person or entity. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify GratLog immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Fee

GratLog offers a subscription-based service with a monthly subscription fee of twelve dollars ($12.00 USD) per month. Billing occurs monthly on the same date that your subscription begins, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date. You authorize GratLog to charge your designated payment method for the monthly subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Methods

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You grant GratLog permission to charge your designated payment method for all fees and charges incurred through your account. If your payment method is declined or your account becomes past due, GratLog may suspend or terminate your access to the service until payment is received.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your GratLog subscription at any time by navigating to your account settings and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting our support team at support@gratlog.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a pro-rata refund for the current billing period. Your account and all associated data will be retained for thirty (30) days following cancellation, after which your account may be deleted at our sole discretion.

4.5 Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you agree to contact GratLog within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. Disputes must be submitted in writing to support@gratlog.com with a detailed explanation of the issue. GratLog will investigate all legitimate billing disputes and make a determination in good faith.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The GratLog platform, including but not limited to all software, code, design, layout, graphics, images, text, and other content created or owned by GratLog, is the exclusive property of GratLog and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GratLog solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. This license does not include any right to: modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the service; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service; rent, lease, or transfer the service to another party; or remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the service.

You retain all intellectual property rights to any content you create and upload to GratLog, including gratitude entries, notes, and other user-generated content. However, by uploading content to GratLog, you grant GratLog a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purposes of providing and improving the service.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of GratLog or its content without express written permission from GratLog. You agree not to use any automated tools or technologies to extract or harvest data from GratLog.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GratLog shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if GratLog has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GratLog's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to this agreement or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to GratLog in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or twelve dollars ($12.00) if no payment has been made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, GratLog's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

GratLog shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

GratLog is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GratLog expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

7.1 No Professional Advice

GratLog is designed solely for entertainment and informational purposes. The service is not intended to provide, and should not be construed as providing, professional mental health advice, psychological counseling, therapy, medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or any form of professional mental health services.
